Our Process
From tech pack to approved sample, then inspected bulk. One clear process, with your spec guiding every stage.
Lock the tech pack. Before a single hide is cut.
Share silhouettes, measurements, materials, and target retail. We return a production-ready spec so merchandising can sign off.
Wear-test the prototype. Then we iterate, fast.
Proto, SMS, and size-set samples with photo reports and measurement charts. Fit comments come back into the pattern, not a new conversation with a new factory.
Scale the approved style. Inspected before it ships.
Inline and final AQL checks, carton marking, and export documentation. Your approved sample is the standard on the line, not a suggestion.

Talk to merchandisingMOQs vary by line. Leather jackets often start in the low hundreds per style/color; highland sets and riding programs are quoted per component. Sampling is available below bulk MOQ so you can sell in first.
First proto is typically a few weeks from a complete tech pack, depending on leather and hardware. Fit rounds are scheduled against your drop calendar. We flag material lead times up front.
Full-grain cowhide, sheep nappa, and goat leather for fashion, vintage, and utility jackets. We can source to a specified thickness, finish, and color standard, or match an existing skin.
Yes. CE-armored jackets, protective textile gear, riding boots, and gloves. Armor placement and construction follow the spec you (or your notified-body program) require. Certification ownership stays with the brand.
Yes. Labels, hangtags, care copy, and packaging are produced to your artwork. KR Brothers does not appear on consumer-facing product unless you ask us to.
We support international outfitters and brands with commercial export documentation, packing, and carton marking. Destination requirements are confirmed at PO so the shipment clears without last-mile surprises.
