    Product brief and specifications

    Confirm the product type, target market, size range, order volume, and technical requirements for jackets, suits, trousers, gloves, or boots.

    Materials and first sample

    Align leather or textile, lining, trims, closures, and armor pockets, then build a prototype to review fit, panel layout, and construction.

  3. 03

    Fit and construction review

    Review measurements, movement, reinforcement, protection placement, and finishing, then capture changes for the next sample.

    Sample and specification approval

    Confirm the final sample, materials, grading, branding, packaging, and inspection points before bulk production.

    Production, quality, and dispatch

    Build the order to the approved reference, inspect workmanship and measurements, then pack and prepare shipment to your instructions.
